About the role

Provide courteous, fast, and efficient service to patrons.

Responsibilities

• Communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house, ensuring food is cooked in the right order, quickly, and presented to the customer in a timely manner.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service while cleaning and setting tables and assisting in delivering quality service to guests.
• Ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through a commitment to a positive attitude.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience preferred (on-the-job training available).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to deliver a service level that creates an atmosphere making guests want to return, providing each guest a positive, memorable experience.
• Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in accomplishing position responsibilities to support organizational goals.
• Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork.

Pay

USD $10.00 - USD $10.00 per hour (tipped position).
