About the role

We are in search of a dedicated, customer-focused Food Runner to join our restaurant team at Maude's Bar & Terrace, our indoor/outdoor dining spot at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa. This role is an incredible opportunity to be part of a vibrant team and create unforgettable dining moments in a space buzzing with live music, fire pits, shareable plates, and fun libations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to guests quickly and efficiently, ensuring they receive the best service possible.
• Assist Food Servers in serving guests, maintaining a smooth workflow.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Handle moderate lifting, pulling, and pushing as needed in this dynamic role.

Requirements

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• A desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Open availability to work afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Texas Food Handler's Certification is required.
