Food Runner Lead

Overview

As our Food Runner Lead at our newly built Plymouth, MN store location, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional guest service and seamless daily operations. You and your Remarkable team will provide support to our three new restaurant concepts and the guests who are coming to try our amazing food! You’ll lead a team of food runners, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming atmosphere, efficient service, and a top-tier dining experience from start to finish.

Additional Duties

• Support daily front-of-house operations for efficiency and consistency
• Cook with the back-of-house for accurate, timely orders
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety rules
• Deliver friendly, efficient, high-quality service to every guest
• Monitor service flow and ensure prompt food delivery
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Model strong hospitality standards for the team
• Track and maintain front-of-house inventory levels
• Aid with ordering and receiving supplies while controlling costs and waste
• Keep accurate inventory and ordering records
• Train, coach, and guide team members; communicate needs to leadership
• Act as support in the absence of the Assistant Store Director

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• 2+ years of experience in the food service or hospitality industry, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities

Pay Range

Pay Range: USD $16.50 - USD $22.50 /Hr.
