Food Runner - JOEY Maple

About the role

We are looking for high-performing, passionate individuals to join a remarkable team of culinary leaders and hospitality professionals as we continue the JOEY legacy in our second location in Dallas. The Food Runner plays a vital role in ensuring excellent guest service by delivering food orders from the kitchen to the members of our serving staff, accurately, and with Genuine Warmth and Care.

Responsibilities

• Promptly deliver food orders from the kitchen/expo line to service staff in the dining area.
• Navigate through the restaurant while carrying dishware and glassware safely and efficiently; may include use of trays.
• Follow all food service safety precautions and procedures.

Requirements

• No experience necessary.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits.
• Possess a passion for hospitality, a professional demeanor, and an ability to work well in a team setting.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Pay

Wage Scale $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. Actual offer within the listed range may vary based on work experience and other objective factors. The pay range for this position is subject to change and may be modified in the future, in compliance with applicable laws.
