About the role
A Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food according to directives from culinary management.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Distribute and supply food to food service areas.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
