Responsibilities

• Assists the FOH team in Restaurant operations.
• Keeps the BOH workspace tidy and in order.
• Sets up BOH areas each day to the House standards.
• Closes FOH/BOH areas each day to the House standards.
• Runs food to the correct tables.
• Provides detailed descriptions of delivered food products.
• Possesses a strong knowledge of food and articulates about the menu.
• Ensures stock rotation of perishables—sauces, condiments, jams—in the BOH.
• Responsible for organization of stock around the expo in the BOH.
• Serves a quality food product.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be available to work an irregular schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume area.
