Food Runner

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Assist servers in the delivery of food and drinks, as well as clearing used dishes from tables.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, service stations, and kitchen.
• Check on guests' dining experience and respond to any requests or concerns they may have.
• Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
• Set up and break down dining areas before and after service.
• Auxiliary with restocking inventory and supplies as needed.
• Provide support during peak hours to ensure optimal service flow.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in the food service industry is a plus.
• Previous experience as a food runner, server, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
