Food Runner
About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our food and beverage team here at Raintree Country Club. As a food runner, you would be responsible for taking plates on a tray from our kitchen to our 3-level dining room. At times, you will be expediting the food from the window as well. Responsibilities
- Taking correct food to the correct table
- Assisting the server with requests
- Keeping a clean and organized area
- Filling and refilling water glasses and removing any place settings not being used
- Clearing dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course
- Clearing and resetting tables when guests leave, including but not limited to: changing tablecloth, brushing chairs, placing chairs at table, replacing silverware and glassware, and replacing napkins
- Assisting the server when needed
- Keeping workstations well stocked of items and ingredients
- Cleaning workstations, taking out trash, and vacuuming the dining room
- Incorporating safe work practices in job performance
- Performing other duties as required
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 25lbs to waist height
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness and neatness
- Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays

Schedule
- Morning shift: 10:30 A.M. to 4 P.M.
- Evening shift: 4:00 P.M. to 9:30 P.M.
