Tin Roost is hiring Food Runners to join our team in North Liberty, Iowa! If you enjoy staying busy, working with a team, and helping create a great experience for guests, this could be a great fit. Tin Roost is a locally owned restaurant featuring a scratch kitchen, spacious patio, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our Food Runners play an important role in keeping service moving smoothly between the kitchen, service team, and our guests. Fully trained Food Runners start at $8.10 per hour plus tips. Tip payouts are distributed the following morning. Responsibilities may include: Running food to guests quickly and accurately while maintaining presentation standardsCoordinating with kitchen and service team members to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on timeClearing, resetting, and maintaining tablesAssisting teammates throughout the restaurant as neededMaintaining cleanliness in guest areas, including restrooms when necessaryWelcoming and assisting guests in a friendly, professional mannerSupporting the host stand by greeting and seating guests and providing menusHelping manage the waitlist and communicating accurate wait timesAssisting with seating organization and overall guest flowAnswering phones and assisting with reservations and to-go orders as neededCompleting assigned opening and closing responsibilitiesOther duties as assigned What We're Looking For Must be 16 years of age or olderAble to lift up to 40 lbs.Comfortable standing for extended periods and completing physical tasks throughout a shiftStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environmentPrevious customer service experience is helpful but not requiredBasic food safety knowledge is a plusTin Roost is an Equal Opportunity Employer #hc266764
