Food Runner

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Food Runner to support our Grill operations by delivering food orders to tables quickly and accurately while providing friendly and professional customer service. The position also helps maintain the dining and service areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service, and supports the Grill team and other operational needs in a fast‑paced specialty food market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to tables quickly, accurately, and with proper presentation.
• Maintain dining areas, service stations, condiments, and supplies clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Assist the Grill team and other operational areas as needed.
• Help with cleaning, restocking, and other operational duties.
• Stand and remain active for extended periods while safely carrying trays, food products, and service supplies.

Requirements

• Ability to work rotating shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience as a Food Runner, Restaurant Runner, Food Service Associate, Customer Service Associate, Cashier, or similar position preferred.
• Strong customer‑service skills with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently with a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, organization, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
