Pay Range: $700 – $1,200 per week.

Responsibilities

• Carry orders in hand or on a tray to tables and serve plates to customers
• Assist chefs with expediting orders, including assembly, garnishing, and inspecting dishes for quality and visual appeal
• Read food tickets, pick up plates, and organize them for delivery to tables
• Remove dirty plates, glasses, and utensils from tables and deliver them to the dishwashing station
• Notify the expediter when other tables are ready to be served
• Replenish stations with product and supplies (hot water, brewed coffee beans, tea, milk, utensils, plates, bread, butter, jellies, garnishes, and condiments)
• Break down and clean work area, store perishable products, clean equipment and supplies, and restock to end‑of‑day par levels

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Problem‑solving ability to handle customer matters with courtesy, dignity, and respect
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed
