Border Cafe is a fast-paced restaurant offering Tex-Mex/Cajun fusion cuisine. We are looking for a fun, motivated food runner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the final plating of dishes and carrying trays weighing 30+ pounds to guests at their tables.
Responsibilities
- Final plating of dishes before they leave the kitchen
- Carrying heavy trays (30+ pounds) to guest tables
- Executing duties with urgency while upholding company standards
- Representing the Border Cafe brand in a positive and professional manner
