Responsibilities
- Deliver food to Guests promptly and accurately while maintaining presentation standards
- Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate orders and timely food delivery
- Verify food items and table numbers before leaving the kitchen
- Help maintain organized and efficient food pickup and service areas
- Respond quickly and professionally to Guest requests when delivering food
- Communicate Guest needs, missing items, or order concerns to the appropriate team member
- Auxiliary with clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables and dining areas throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout assigned work areas
- Support servers, hosts, bussers, kitchen staff, and other team members during busy shifts
- Monitor restroom cleanliness and other Guest-facing areas as needed
- Assist with opening, closing, and additional operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Friendly, positive, and Guest-focused attitude
- Able to stay active and work efficiently throughout the shift
- Able to multitask and manage priorities during busy service periods
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support restaurant operations
