Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles to coordinate food rescue
- Solicit food donations and pick up food from supermarkets and food providers
- Work closely with a team to maintain a clean and organized site
- Ensure food is handled safely using fork lift, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse environment or food systems work
- Experience with fork truck (certification preferred)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Able to uphold established health and safety procedures
