Food Production Worker - 16.00 per hour, Monday-Friday Day Shift (LaborMax Staffing)

About the role

LaborMax Staffing is hiring Food Production Workers for a cold food manufacturing facility in the Kansas City area. Work environment: approximately 35 degrees Fahrenheit.

Responsibilities

• Trim and prepare chicken breasts for production
• Assemble chicken kabobs on skewers to production requirements
• Work efficiently on a production line
• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality-control procedures
• Wear required protective clothing and PPE
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads
• Work cooperatively with other team members
• Perform other food production duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in a 35 degree environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Able to work with raw food products
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Must be background eligible
• Must be drug-free and able to pass a drug screening
• Must follow all company food safety and hygiene requirements
• Previous food production experience is preferred but not required

Pay

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
