Food Production Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders on an assembly line making snack cups, including operation of production equipment.
• Stuff snack cups and assist in fulfilling customer orders.
• Contribute to a safe work environment for self and fellow operators.
• Produce snack cups and fulfill orders with attention to food quality, safe processes, and compliance.
• Inspect and label finished product.
• Rotate through job assignments throughout the production process.
• Recognize safety or quality problems.
• Keep work area and machines clean at all times.
• Adjust machine settings and perform quality system checks.
• Perform all duties efficiently.

Working Conditions

This role requires frequent movement and involves working with various types of foods and operating equipment. Physical demands include frequent walking, standing, lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching. Environmental conditions include exposure to allergens, loud noises, chemicals, and a warm working area.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Experience with food manufacturing.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to identify and analyze problems and plan solutions.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
• Ability to prepare and produce snack cup products to standards.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
• Bilingualism is a plus.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time shifts will vary. Occasional weekends and holidays.
