Food Preparer

Responsibilities

• Preparation of foods according to standardized recipes and production methods
• Ensures high quality through safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation, service, and storage
• Conducts daily quality control checks on taste, temperature, and presentation
• Works multiple production stations
• Trains and/or orients selected staff on food production and safety and sanitation practices
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
