Location: Boca Raton, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $8.05 - $15.00 Job Description We are currently seeking a full time Food Preparer. Major Responsibilities Include Cutting and prepping all menu items fresh daily.Daily product mix planning in conjunction with general managerReview menus prior to preparation of foodAssure that all food procedures are followedCoordinate food service with other departments as necessary (catering)Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supplyFollow all sanitation guidelinesBecome familiar with new menu items/dishes Requirements High School diploma or equivalentGraduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferredMinimum of 1 year of food preparation experience requiredExperience with quantity food preparation preferredDemonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipesKnowledge of proper nutritional requirementsMust have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate
