Responsibilities
- Makes all of the scratch made food served to guests.
- Breaks down into two positions: Hot Prep and Cold Prep.
- Ensures the quality and consistency of the product being prepared and served at all times.
- Controls food costs by ensuring proper product storage, rotation, and portioning of ingredients.
- Maintains a clean and sanitized prep area at all times.
Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Basic cooking skills and ability to follow recipes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and portioning ingredients.
