Food Prep

Responsibilities

• Makes all of the scratch made food served to guests.
• Breaks down into two positions: Hot Prep and Cold Prep.
• Ensures the quality and consistency of the product being prepared and served at all times.
• Controls food costs by ensuring proper product storage, rotation, and portioning of ingredients.
• Maintains a clean and sanitized prep area at all times.

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Skills

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Basic cooking skills and ability to follow recipes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and portioning ingredients.

8am-3pm, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
