Available Positions & Shifts

• Food Production Line Workers
• Sanitation Workers
• Warehouse Workers

Shifts: 2:00 am, 7:00 am, 12:00 pm, 7:00 pm, or 10:00 pm

Responsibilities

Food Production Line Workers

• Prepare sushi and other products including cooking rice, preparation of raw ingredients, sushi rolling, cutting, sorting, and packaging.
• Ensure all operating standards including food safety are adhered and final products meet quality standards.
• Wash all pots, pans, inserts, utensils, etc. and clean kitchen equipment when called upon and as per cleaning schedule.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other teammates to foster and promote a working environment that maximizes morale, productivity, and efficiency.

Sanitation Workers

• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, walls, tables, and floors using chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness of office area and staff cafeteria.
• Perform inspection of equipment, utensils, etc. to ensure not broken / missing parts and intact.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials as required.
• Test sanitizer concentrations with paper strips.
• Complete sanitation records on a daily basis.
• Follow company’s written SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Advise management of any sanitation related deficiencies.

Warehouse Workers

• Pick/Prepare orders for internal and external customers according to purchase orders and by route.
• Receive products from suppliers.
• Ensure all orders received and shipped are accurate, including completing daily shipping and receiving logs.
• Stacking and loading products on skids.
• Use of a pump truck to bring skids over to the work area.
• Inventory maintenance.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a refrigerated food manufacturing environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible to work weekends and various shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs may be required for some positions.
