Food Lead Worker
What You’ll Do
As a Food Lead Worker at Sodexo, you are a helping hand and a good mood motivator. This role includes the preparation and serving of our vibrant menus and ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
Your welcoming customer service puts a smile on people's faces and makes an impact in their everyday lives.
- May work in any type of food location on client premises and under the leadership of on-site management and/or supervisors
- Captures the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services
- Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
- Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity

- 1 or more years of related work experience

- Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred)
- Pay Range: $12 per hour - $16 per hour
