Food & Drink Journalist Intern

About the role

This is a 6-month virtual, unpaid internship. The Food & Drink Journalist intern will cover all beers, wines, spirits, and food-related content as it aligns with and relates to The Ambony’s vision concerning our target demographic.

Responsibilities

• Write a monthly column presenting various foods and recipes
• Write a monthly column presenting various alcoholic drinks and cocktail recipes
• Write a monthly column presenting various culinary experts
• Write occasional restaurant reviews

Official start date: ASAP.

Qualifications

• Aptitude or interest in writing about beer, wine, and spirits-related content as it relates to our target demographic
• Aptitude or interest in writing about food-related content as it relates to our target demographic
• Must be a connoisseur of fine food and drinks, with a focus on years, regions, and food pairings rather than name brands or Instagram trends
• Emphasis on authenticity and quality in food writing
