Food Cost Manager

Responsibilities

• Checking off food truck items as they arrive at our stores.
• Verifying and reporting errors.
• Communicating daily with your Supervisor through phone, eMail & text.
• Servicing our 13 restaurants across Raleigh - Durham in your personal vehicle - reliable transportation is a must.

Requirements

• Pays attention to detail.
• Self-motivated.
• Able to stay on task.
• Willing to travel between Raleigh - Durham locations.
• Willing to work the overnight shift.
• Must be 18 years or older.
