Full-time, hourly wage: $19–$32/hour (rate meets or exceeds local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific schedules, facilities, seasons, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
About the role
Food and Consumable associates focus on customer service and creative merchandising. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
