Food/Consumables Team Associate

About the role

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.

Responsibilities

• Take care of customers on the salesfloor
• Move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor
• Create seasonal display features
• Merchandise products to meet customer needs

Pay

Hourly wage: $17 – $30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed)
• Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met

Schedule

• Employment type: Full-Time, Part-Time
• Available shifts: Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, Closing
