Food/Consumables Team Associate

Pay

• Hourly wage: $16.50 – $29.50 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage)
• Additional compensation:
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives
  • Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met

About the role

Food and Consumable associates focus on two priorities: serving customers and creative merchandising. Associates move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and design seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
