Job Overview
Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.

Compensation
- Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour (the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location)
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met)
