Food/Consumables Team Associate

About the role

Food and Consumable associates at Walmart #2530 (90 Shopping Plaza Rd, Rutland, VT 05701) focus on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise onto the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.

Pay

Hourly wage: $16 – $29 per hour, meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, with multiple premiums possible when criteria are met.

Schedule

Full‑time position. Available shifts: Opening, Morning, Mid‑Shift, Closing.
