Food & Beverage Team Member - Fright Fest

Part-time position working up to 29 hours per week with a pay rate of up to $12/hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service while surrounded by roller coasters
• Greet guests and ask about their favorite ride as they approach your location
• Take guests’ orders, offering suggestions and upsells for menu items
• Serve food promptly to satisfy guests
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) cash registers, handle money, and provide correct change
• Prepare menu items such as double bacon cheeseburgers, soft drinks, funnel cake sundaes, and more
• Maintain cleanliness by filling condiment dispensers, wiping tables, washing dishes, and ensuring all areas are clean and safe for guests

Requirements

• Must be 15 years or older
• Basic computer literacy
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
