The role of a Food & Beverage Team Leader at Target involves leading a team to deliver high-quality guest experiences, manage inventory, and adhere to various business standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistent operations.
- Observe and provide feedback to team members, hold them accountable, and recognize great moments.
- Review and analyze area metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
- Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to support department and store sales goals.
- Lead a team of hourly employees, including interviewing, training, coaching, and retaining team members.
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-Up duties.
- Assume store-level leadership responsibilities during assigned shifts.
- Address store emergency and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail and/or food experience preferred.
- Open to working a variable work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts.

Pay and Schedule
The starting pay range for this position per hour is $21.50 - $23.50. The full pay range is $21.50 - $36.55, based on several factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. For more details, see the benefits link provided.
