Food, Beverage & Outlet Supervisor

Job Duties

• Maintains policies and procedures set forth by Mohegan Pennsylvania.
• Administers the daily activities of food and beverage department personnel.
• Maintains service and quality standards throughout all outlets.
• Trains and supervises the food and beverage team members.
• Schedules, supervises, and manages front of house operations.
• Manages special services as required.
• Recommends performance and termination decisions.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage is preferred.
• Two years’ experience in a high volume, casino floor environment as an alcohol server, bartender, or butler.
• Labor scheduling aptitude and experience.
• Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Flexible to work various shifts and flexible hours.
