Food & Beverage Manager - PS DFW

Responsibilities

• Evaluating staff performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback.
• Manages performance of the day-to-day operation and service quality.
• Ensures that the department maintains SOP and service standards.
• Collaborates with other departments and their leaders.
• Applies expertise in luxury hospitality service environment.
• Provides exceptional service to high-end clientele.
• Identifies training needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry required.
• Familiar with restaurant POS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to high quality service.
• Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations.
• Maintains adequate staffing levels to meet all scheduling requirements.
• A passion for culinary arts and a desire to contribute to high-quality dining experience.
• Inventory management experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
• Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.
