Responsibilities
- Evaluating staff performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback.
- Manages performance of the day-to-day operation and service quality.
- Ensures that the department maintains SOP and service standards.
- Collaborates with other departments and their leaders.
- Applies expertise in luxury hospitality service environment.
- Provides exceptional service to high-end clientele.
- Identifies training needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry required.
- Familiar with restaurant POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high quality service.
- Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations.
- Maintains adequate staffing levels to meet all scheduling requirements.
- A passion for culinary arts and a desire to contribute to high-quality dining experience.
- Inventory management experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
- Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge.
- Basic computer proficiency preferred.
