Food Batchmaker - Maple Syrup Processing

The Syrup Processing Lead is responsible for overseeing daily preparation of maple syrup for packaging, acting as a working lead on the production floor. Key responsibilities include coordinating the syruping team, monitoring syrup readiness, and performing quality checks to ensure product standards. The role involves supporting training of team members, troubleshooting process and equipment issues, and maintaining consistent operating practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with production, scheduling, quality, maintenance, and tank farm staff to ensure syrup production is safe, efficient, and meets quality standards.
