Job Summary

Join the Food & Nutrition Services team at NHC Cookeville! We provide restaurant-style dining for our residents, offering the chance to interact with them daily and work in a supportive, family-like atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

• Aid with food delivery and serve residents and their families in a friendly, restaurant-style setting.
• Handle minimal food prep and assist in receiving, dating, labeling, and storing food supplies safely.
• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, flatware, utensils, and cookware to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
• Safety & Organization: Clean the dish room, empty trash cans, and maintain a spotless, organized workspace according to safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• No prior experience required. Full training provided to individuals with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
• A teamwork mindset, a customer-service attitude, and a genuine heart for serving senior patients.
