This position combines leadership, customer service, and operational oversight to create a positive guest experience while maintaining daily records of business transactions.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise employees to ensure they are performing their jobs correctly
• Monitor employee productivity to ensure goals are being met
• Coordinate employee schedules, including shift changes and absences
• Oversee inventory of food and beverage supplies, ordering new items as needed
• Maintain sanitation standards by monitoring employee compliance with company cleanliness policies
• Manage employee payroll by reviewing time cards and processing paychecks
• Interview, hire, and train new employees as needed
• Establish budgets for food, labor costs, and other business-related expenses
• Provide customer service by answering questions about menu items or suggesting items based on customer preferences

Requirements

• Proven experience as a food and beverage supervisor or similar role
• Excellent people skills with a customer service orientation
• Outstanding leadership abilities
• Up-to-date with food and beverage trends and best practices
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Food safety certification
