Food and Beverage Supervisor - Copper Fox

Responsibilities

• Oversight of restaurant operations, including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences through leadership and mentorship of restaurant associates.
• Maintaining inventory, placing orders, and managing payroll to support efficient operations.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively, empowering associates to exceed expectations.
• Supporting hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a dynamic food and beverage environment.
• A passion for service excellence and the ability to inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred).
• Effective communication skills to liaise with guests, associates, and management teams.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve problems efficiently.
• Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations is preferred.

Compensation starts at range between $27.75 and $27.75 per hour
