Responsibilities

  • Ensure a spotless and presentable luxury facility for all member and administrative activity.
  • Check in new products and maintain inventory.
  • Prepare salon as prescribed by department requirements.
  • Aid members regarding menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
  • Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items, and preparation methods.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
  • Interact with members in a way that makes them feel special.
  • Provide proper and friendly service when in contact with all members.
  • Comply with liquor laws.
  • Maintain accountability, both personal and financial.

Requirements

  • Experience working around confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience serving in a luxury customer service, airline, and/or hospitality industry-related role.
  • Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED.
  • Previous alcohol training desired.
  • Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations.
  • Ability to focus attention on member needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Successful completion of bartending position training program (if interested).

Qualifications

  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening + background check.
  • Collection of SSN as part of the background check process will be required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
