Food and Beverage Manager - Eastern Standard Kitchen and Drinks

Responsibilities

• Support the administrative functions of the wine and beverage programs at Eastern Standard, Standard Italian and Equal Measure
• Aid the Beverage Director and Wine Director in wine and cocktail menu development
• Participate in monthly beverage inventory
• Order beverage products
• Manage a team of FOH members, guiding and mentoring them on the floor and creating memorable guest experiences
• Lead by example, maintaining a hands-on presence during each service
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing shifts as a restaurant manager
• Conduct staff food and beverage training and continuing education initiatives
• Participate in special projects as necessary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 Years Experience Working In Restaurant Management
• PREFERRED: Strong wine and spirits knowledge base coming in
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
