Responsibilities
- Support the administrative functions of the wine and beverage programs at Eastern Standard, Standard Italian and Equal Measure
- Aid the Beverage Director and Wine Director in wine and cocktail menu development
- Participate in monthly beverage inventory
- Order beverage products
- Manage a team of FOH members, guiding and mentoring them on the floor and creating memorable guest experiences
- Lead by example, maintaining a hands-on presence during each service
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing shifts as a restaurant manager
- Conduct staff food and beverage training and continuing education initiatives
- Participate in special projects as necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 Years Experience Working In Restaurant Management
- PREFERRED: Strong wine and spirits knowledge base coming in
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
