Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet events.
- Ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staffing levels, supervise team members, lead service on the floor, and maintain brand and hygiene standards.
- Cookery coordination with the culinary team, monitor inventory and purchasing, and ensure cost control and accurate reporting.
- Train and coach team members, handle guest feedback, collaborate with Sales and Events on group functions, and support a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong food service and food & beverage operations skills, including menu knowledge and service standards.
- Proven customer service abilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction, complaint resolution, and service recovery.
- Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management within hospitality or restaurant environments.
- Budgeting and cost-control skills, including forecasting, inventory management, and basic financial analysis.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant food and beverage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead diverse teams.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations; ServSafe or similar certification preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field preferred.
