Food and Beverage Manager
About the role
The Food and Beverage Manager oversees the sales, customer relations, staffing, and daily operations of our fine dining restaurant and banquet operations. In this hospitality management position, responsibilities include partnering with the General Manager, ordering, scheduling, and ensuring high guest satisfaction. The manager will also help with menu selection and planning, training, vendor management, coaching food service staff, and serving guests with a servant’s heart.
