About the role

Keeps guest dining areas clean and presentable as well as performing various food service tasks as assigned. Assists manager with set-up and break-down of events. Employee must be energetic, outgoing, and able to interact with guests in a friendly and fun manner. Responsibilities

• Washes dishes and trays.
• Keeps dining room clean by bussing tables as needed and sweeping floors.
• Maintains par levels of product in work areas by restocking refrigerators in scramble area and in deck BBQ, and restocking other items as needed.
• Assists with special functions and daily operations in the areas of set-up, break-down, cleaning, stocking, receiving, deliveries, and organizing.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed and as assigned.
• Participates in job sharing, assumes responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees, attends safety meetings, accepts diverse assignments, and maintains a positive and friendly attitude in all interactions.
• Meets service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor.
