About the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise, you will warmly welcome guests and guide them through our culinary offerings. Your expertise in recommending standout dishes and beverages, along with your dedication to precision, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, will ensure every dining experience is memorable.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere, turning every guest interaction into a memorable experience.
• Transform challenges into opportunities with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Elevate dining experiences with personalized food and beverage recommendations.
• Upsell to enhance guest experiences, ensuring they leave with unforgettable memories.
• Proactively increase product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
• Communicate confidently with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork.
• Maintain meticulous setup and packing of service areas.

Requirements

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, including table service, beverage expertise, event service, and coffee crafting (strongly valued).
• Adaptability to diverse food & beverage settings and flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the specific Country/State/Territory.
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a diverse team.
