Food and Bar Associate

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Food and Beverage Department including the bar.
• Operates POS register for food and drinks (includes bar register when directed).
• Prepares food and beverage items utilizing the policies and standards of the company.
• Resets and bus the food court seating area.
• Washes and dries dishes, glasses, and other cooking/food prep utensils.
• Cleans and maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers.
• Maintains plates, cups, and other utensil inventory by the store policies and procedures.
• Conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags.
• Responds responsively and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers' requests.
• Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes.
• Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and lends out facility and equipment (karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong).
• Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and issues cards and credits for arcade (AM).

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED to apply.
• Nights and weekend availability preferred.
• We require all staff who handles alcohol to be 21+ years of age.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in entertainment or hospitality industries is preferred, but not required.
