Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor folding machines to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Review job tickets and adjust machine settings for different formats.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and complete routine inspections of folded products for accuracy and consistency.
• Record production data and maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members about workflow, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate or learn to operate industrial folding equipment, including setup, adjustment, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and quality, including accurate reading of job tickets and inspection of finished materials.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machine components in a production environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work independently, and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Commitment to workplace safety, including proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift materials as required by the role.
• Previous experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to participate in on-the-job training and skill development.
