Folder Gluer Operator

On-siteManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like privacy notices, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role? The posting includes a summary: "The Folder Gluer Operator is responsible for setting up and operating folder gluing equipment..." That's like a summary. Could be under "About the role" or "Summary". The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use "About the role" for summary. - Responsibilities: The "What You'll Do" list. - Requirements: Education & Experience? Could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The posting has "Education & Experience" and "Skills & Abilities". We could split: Requirements (Education & Experience) and Qualifications (Skills & Abilities). Or combine. The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide based on content. We have: Education & Experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum of 4 years of Folder Gluer operating experience. - Experience operating Bobst equipment preferred. - Packaging, converting, folding carton, or print manufacturing experience preferred. Skills & Abilities: - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. - Knowledge of folder gluing processes and carton construction. - Experience with glue systems including hot melt, cold glue, and fugitive glue. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume manufacturing environment. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with production systems. - Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining production standards. Also there is "How You Will Be Successful" with bullet points: Passion for Cards, Dedicated to Quality and Safety, Building Relationships, Integrity and Respect, Challenging the Expected. That could be considered "Qualities" or "Success Factors". Might be considered part of Skills? But we can include as a separate section maybe "Success Factors" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, etc. We could put those under "Skills" or maybe under "Qualifications". However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Education & Experience and Skills & Abilities into a single "Requirements" section? But we need to preserve all info. Could have "Requirements" (Education & Experience) and "Skills" (Skills & Abilities). The "How You Will Be Successful" could be part of "Skills" or maybe "Qualifications". Let's treat "How You Will Be Successful" as part of "Skills" or maybe as a separate "Qualities" but not in allowed list. Safer to include under "Skills" as additional bullet points. Benefits: The posting has a "Benefits Include" list after "Why Join MPG?" and also "What to Expect" includes compensation details. So we have benefits: Competitive Compensation, Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage, 401(k) with Company Match, Paid Time Off and Holidays, etc. Also more details: 100% Employer-paid medical, dental base plan, vision, life/AD&D, short-term and long-term disability, while subsidizing premiums for dependents, 401(k) Plan with up to 6% match, HSA/FSA options, PTO including 10 company-paid holidays + 1 floating holiday, Employee Assistance Program, Comprehensive relocation package available for qualified candidates, etc. Pay: The posting mentions "Competitive Compensation + Comprehensive Benefits Package" and later "What to Expect MPG offers a leading-edge compensation package which includes the following: A highly competitive compensation "above the industry" commensurate with experience which includes an annual incentive bonus plan". So we have pay details: competitive compensation above industry, annual incentive bonus plan. We should include a Pay section with that info. However note instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state compensation details, so we can include Pay. Schedule: The posting says "Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite". So we have schedule info. So include Schedule section. We also have location: "Location: Morrisville, NC". Could be placed in a short paragraph maybe under About the role or separate? Not a heading. We'll include location in a

maybe after the heading. We must not include boilerplate like privacy notices, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions like "Apply Today", "Click here to review our Privacy Notice", etc. Also remove "Folder Gluer Operator Join Millennium Print Group as a Folder Gluer Operator!" maybe redundant. We'll keep substantive description. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Structure:

We should not repeat location elsewhere; we already have location in About. Could also include FLSA status maybe in About. Check for any duplicated content: We have "Competitive compensation" in Benefits and also Pay section mentions competitive compensation. That's okay; we keep both as they are distinct: Benefits includes compensation as part of benefits package; Pay section details the compensation structure. Might be redundant but we preserve all info. We must not include any placeholder like "commensurate with experience" is actual content, so okay. We must not include any boilerplate like "Click here to review our Privacy Notice", "Apply Today", "Folder Gluer Operator Join Millennium Print Group as a Folder Gluer Operator!", "Why Join MPG?" etc. We have not included those. Check if we missed any substantive info: The posting also mentions "Click here to review our applicant Privacy Notice for SMS Texting and Terms of Service." removed. Also "Folder Gluer Operator Join Millennium Print Group as a Folder Gluer Operator!" we omitted the repeated heading but we kept the role description in About. Good. Also "What to Expect MPG offers a leading-edge compensation package which includes the following: ..." we captured in Pay and Benefits. Also "Millennium Print Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer" removed. Also "The duties and responsibilities described above are essential functions of the job..." removed. Also "#MillAll (Use for high-priority external postings if additional visibility is needed.)" removed. Also "Apply Today Join the team behind some of the world's most iconic trading card products and help deliver the premium packaging and finishing quality our customers expect." removed. Also "What to Expect MPG offers a leading-edge compensation package which includes the following:" we used. Also "A highly competitive compensation "above the industry" commensurate with experience which includes an annual incentive bonus plan" used.
