FOIA Disclosure Product Manager with Security Clearance

About the role

The FOIA Disclosure Product Manager is responsible for managing the development and implementation of products related to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) disclosures. This position requires a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, IT, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with FOIA regulations and company policies
• Develop and maintain documentation for product features and processes
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve product usability
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FOIA-related roles, preferably in a managerial capacity
• Security clearance required
• Strong understanding of FOIA laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with FOIA disclosure systems and processes
• Knowledge of FOIA litigation and case law
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
