About the role
Solutions Sustainability is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Data Center Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our data centers, ensuring they meet high standards of efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of data center infrastructure
- Manage energy consumption and implement sustainable practices
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and execute strategies to improve operational resilience
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data center capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center management or IT operations
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines
- Strong knowledge of data center technologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with data center automation tools and systems
- Knowledge of green computing principles and practices
- Understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies
- Experience with data center security protocols
Skills

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
