About the role

Solutions Sustainability is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Data Center Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our data centers, ensuring they meet high standards of efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of data center infrastructure
• Manage energy consumption and implement sustainable practices
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Develop and execute strategies to improve operational resilience
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data center capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center management or IT operations
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines
• Strong knowledge of data center technologies and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with data center automation tools and systems
• Knowledge of green computing principles and practices
• Understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies
• Experience with data center security protocols

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
