Foamline Head End Operator
Essential Functions
- Enter work orders into the system
- Answer questions, assist in troubleshooting process and product issues
- Coordinate support activities for other areas of production
- Maintain a safe work environment and actively participate in safety initiatives
- Support employee training and direction on the foam line
- Partner with the engineers and supervisors to help develop sound operator work instructions, train new operators to those work instructions
- Work toward continuous process improvements; participate and/or support on improvement teams as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; may consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude
- General computer software skills
