FMS Quality Analyst

About the role

Maintains quality standards for assigned tasks and provides feedback to employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and evaluates the quality of work
• Documents quality issues, performance measures, and quality improvements
• Provides information to assist in giving feedback to employees
• Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area
• Thorough knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
• Strong knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area
• Effective verbal and written communications skills
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Pay

$64,855.00 - $76,300.00
