FMS C2 Systems Engineer

About the Role

The FMS C2 Systems Engineer supports the design, evaluation, and modernization of Command and Control (C2) and C4I systems for partner nations, contributing to U.S. Security Cooperation initiatives. You will translate operational needs into technical specifications, support systems engineering throughout their lifecycle, and review technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and decompose operational and functional requirements.
• Design and integrate C4I systems, including hardware and software components.
• Conduct systems analysis, testing, training, and installation.
• Present technical briefs to senior stakeholders and review industry deliverables.
• Support system modernization efforts and integration into systems of systems architecture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of systems engineering experience supporting the DoD.
• Knowledge of C4I systems such as GCCS-M, Maritime Domain Awareness, UAS, Sonar, and communications infrastructure.
• Ability to analyze requirements and perform systems integration.
• Strong communication skills for technical briefings.
• Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Pay

Salary range of $61,900 to $141,000 annually.
